SHIPPING

All shipments are shipped the day your items are finished. Shipping amount will be on your invoice before you pay.

RETURNS

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Clients have three (3) business days from the date you accepted delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped, damages due to shipping, and shipping error. Advanced Embroidery & Screen Printing is not responsible for any of these discrepancies after three (3) business days.
